While we are newer to the scene than some larger corporate wellness firms, our team brings over a decade of combined experience in leadership, therapeautic wellness, casting and travel. Every client relationship is personal, not transactional - and our early clients are helping shape something truly special.

We utilize a variety of assessments and tools (such as values inventories, psychological safety audits, or emotional resilience profiles) to tailor each experience to your team’s actual needs. This ensures our work is not just inspiring - it is measureable, intentional, and aligned with your long term goals. Whether you are focused on leadership development, team cohesion, or burnout recover, we use data and insight to guide the design and debrief.

  • What kinds of assessments do you use, and how are they chosen?

    We believe in co-creating each retreat with intention - and that includes selecting the right assessments to support your team’s goals. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all tool, we work with your leadership to identify the focus of your retreat (e.g., team cohesion, leadership growth, values alignment, stress recovery) and then recommend evidence-based assessments that support those aims. These may include tools like te Gallup CliftonStrengths, VIA Character Strengths, EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) or psychological safety diagnositics. You will be a part of the selection process so we can ensure the tools resonate with your cutlure and are integrated meaningfully into the experience - not just used as a checkbox.

  • What happens after the retreat - is there any follow-up or integration support?

    Yes. We know the most powerful shifts do not happen during the retreat - they happen after, when the real work of integration begins. That is why we offer post-retreat support options, such as facilitated debrief sessions, team coaching, and progress check-ins based on your chosen assessments. We will help translate insights into action - and ensure the momentum continues long after the retreat ends.
