A Retreat Doesn’t Always Require a Destination
For the women who are holding everything - their children’s big feelings, their family’s daily rhythms, their own unspoken needs - these mothers, who deserve a place to exhale.
This is Eden Within Brought home.
For You & Your Children
We believe that a regulated mother raises a regulated child. We believe play is the way, and we believe peace is something you can practice - together, in small moments, every single day.
Through our free guided meditations on YouTube, you will find age-specific practices designed to help your children build emotional awareness, calm their nervous systems, and explore and settle into themselves. And, we hope that as you guide them through, you may find something shifts in you too.

Our videos are organized by developmental stage, so you can meet your child exactly where they are:
Ages 4-7 - Rooted in the power of play, these practices use imagination, moement, and storytelling to introduce breathing and body awareness in ways that feel like an adventure, not a lesson
Ages 8-11 - Play remains the entry point as children begin building emotional vocabulary and self-regulation skills throughout engaging, age-appropriate practices
Ages 12-17 - Mindfulness tools for the complexity of adolescence, meeting teens where they are with respect for their growing inner world.
Some of the most transformative work happens not at a mountaintop retreat - but in the quiet corner of a bedroom, on a living room floor, or in the ten minutes before the house wakes up (with any luck 30!!!).
The Home Sanctuary is for mothers.
What a Circle Session Looks Like
A typical gathering runs approximately 60-75 minutes and flows gently through three movements. Please note: While we would love for moms to have this time alone, we understand that’s not always possible. We understand life is messy, and that is why we are doing these circle sessions. Please come with or without your children. We can hold any space needed to be held. We mean it. If your child won’t go down for that nap, or doesn’t want you to put them down, please bring them with you. We are in this together, and it doesn’t need to look neat or pretty.
A short guided meditation or breathing practice to help you transition out of the demands of the day and into presence.
This is your moment to set things down.
ArrivalFacilitated sharing around a theme that matters to mothers right now. Not advice giving. No problem-solving. Simply being witnessed and witnessing others.
The CircleA brief grounding ritual to carry something intentional back into your home and your week.
